The business said that I "did not want to get the permits." This is not true. For most of the work they quoted, no permits are necessary. The business said that because no work was done and no payment made, I have no reason to complain. My complaint is about bait and switch. This attempt exists regardless of whether work is done or not. And the fact that the business is not telling the truth about "did not want to get the permits" is evidence of dishonest statements

yes we never did any work for this person we just gave them a estimate and he didnt want to get permits so we cant do the job he never gave us any money he has no reason to be upset with us

[redacted] called about an estimate for some electrical workso I sent over my tech on June 16th.[redacted] went there and gave himan estimate for a hood fan and bathroom fan and an outlet in thebathroom. He called us again to get a bid for more electrical work,a main panel replacement and subpanel and grounding outlets.That tech was [redacted]. He gave him an estimate for that work.[redacted] called for the third time saying he wants another estimatejust for installing a bathroom fan. I told him I would have a tech goout there and take a look, no problem. We had set a date. I hadcalled [redacted] that morning of the third estimate and explained tohim that we had an emergency job come up and we would have toreschedule for a different day. [redacted] said that if we didn't show upthat he was going to call the Revdex.com on us. I explained again that wewere sorry and that there was nothing we could do. Again thesewere ALL estimates. There was no work done, no Deposits. I'malso going to include all documentation left with [redacted] along withstatements from our techs [redacted] and [redacted]. Also attached is somepervious reviews of our company.[redacted] Owner
