Review: I contacted [redacted] about a leaking window frame just before the New Year. His responses were spotty at best, and only actually visited while he was in the area for an MRI after I e-mailed him with a threat about finding someone else. After the visit he made no attempt to contact me so I left a voice mail last Thursday telling him that if I didn't hear from him by end of business Friday that our business was over. Saturday morning at 7:30 AM he had his crew show up unannounced. This crew had no idea that we had not been in communication and had no idea what kind of costs I would be facing. They stepped out to call [redacted] and I thought that we would just be getting repairs - out of the blue is better than none, I suppose. Instead, they drove off. No response, no clue if they were coming back (they didn't), no estimate - just an early Saturday morning wake up call at total random.Desired Settlement: This guy is just a mess and he is unprofessional. I made it clear that we would be done if he did not communicate properly. Instead, he had people show up firs thing in the morning the day after I had made it clear that we would have no business. They said they would work that day regardless, but with no communication they just left. He shouldn't be allowed to run this business.

Response:
This letter is to inform you that J C T Enterprises has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 1/**/2014 9:39:15 AM and assigned ID [redacted]. Many of the issues were related to a miscommunication.
