JC Painting/Restoration - [redacted] was hired to replace trim on outside house doors & fix a garage door 9/5/12. He started but never finished.
From the first call & emails 9/5/2012 until he came and started the work in Nov.& quit when it got too cold to finish..Constant calls & email from 6/16/13 result in ignore or unkept promises.
Promised to come 9/5 & waited allday..called him 3x & said was coming..never showed or called. Now wont answ. phone or email. Checked with State Lic.Dept. and he should have a license & doesnt.
