[redacted] I have had many conversations with this customer. To state the FACTS correctly the $15,000.00 that he owes on the car more than what is it...

worth is form the trade in that he traded to us. I offered to give him everything  he paid us for the car in on trade, essentially giving him all of his money back. He declined that offer. We did the right thing form the start.   [redacted]

We have made every attempt to repair everything on your car. The clutch and a 5th gear grind are two different things. If you would like us to look at the transmission for a 5th gear grind we would be more than happy to look at it for no charge.
