AKA MCI Plumbing and Backflow, Inc. Receipt was not generated upon service completion. It was sent via email a week and a half after service date. I was misled and spoke to the organization regarding the bill. They acknowledged the error and stated they will mail a check for the disputed amount. Whenever I call to discuss the status of the check, they give an attitude. It has been over a month. I would like the overpayment returned.
