J & C landscaping

[redacted] agreed to perform concrete and landscaping work on my property. When the concrete was poured some of the mixture lasped over into my drive way. He told me they would clean it up at the end of the job. He was also paid to deliver and install landscape fabric and mulch. He put me off for two months. When I confronted him, he became aggressive, verbally abusive and offensive. I had to call the Sheriff.
