Review: I had all number of problems with JCK Movers, but this complaint is only about their insistence that I pay in full in cash 20 minutes before the end of the job (moving stuff into storage) after an in-person dispute over service. I obliged and got $420 cash out of my ATM. When I asked for a receipt, they claimed to have forgotten their books. When I asked them to email it while I was standing there, they said they would. Then they said [redacted] would email it that day when she got back to the office. I had the movers and my father all sign a handwritten document that the money was paid in full and in cash, but the failure to provide a receipt is just more unprofessional, bizarre behavior from this company. This is a move for work; I need a receipt.Desired Settlement: A receipt for services, as requested four times--twice in person, once over email, and once over the phone.
