Review: I was seriously overcharged to have a disconnect box replaced. It was located right out in the open at three feet off the ground so access was not an issue. I was out of town so I could not do it myself certainly within a half hour. I delt with [redacted] over the phone. My credit card got charged for $650. I've asked repeatedly for a receipt and still have not received one. Every electrician I have asked stated that half that amount would have been too much. I can't get a receipt from them to see what I was charged for and why it was a rediculous amount.Desired Settlement: I would like a receipt for the work that was done and I would like a refund for the amount I was overcharged.

Review: I have a signed contract for work to commence on 10-26-2012 and when I called him and asked him where he was since our appointment was 8 am. He said he didnt like my attitude and will not be doing this job. Very unprofessional. I have a signed contract for this work and took the day off from work to get this work done. Unbelieveable way to treat customers!!!Desired Settlement: A written apology for his unprofesstional behavior and $150. for wages and time lost

good morning im [redacted] I was the one dealing with the customer when I talk to her on the phone she was very mean and threaton to cancell the work if we were a few minutes late so I just told her to have somebody else do the job then I did not feel comfortable with her and was just trying to protect my companey I could see this person was going to be a problem I feel I did nothing wrong if you have any questions feel free to call 858 610-8253
