On saturday 02/08/2020 approximately 10pm 2 friends and I went in to eat at the listed business name. While eating we did have a few complaints about our meal but nothing seemed to be resolved. When paying for our meal and it was time to leave the waiter named :quest" informed one of my guest she had to leave a tip. We informed the waiter "quest" thats not a obligation to do so and being that the restaurant didnt want to fix any of our food concerns she didn't leave a tip. On 02/10/2020 the transaction hit the account and appeared the server left a himself a 4$ tip on his bill.

Refund we would like to know what will be done about this due to the server has committed fraud and stole from myself not knowing he could've possible overdrafted my account. We would've tipped if we were able to actually eat out food but due to him not wanting to fix anything we asked for togo boxes and paid for our meal on top of not being satisfied
Accept this dispute and the server who was involved was fired the same day when this issue took place.
