To whom it may concern: This email is in reference to Complaint # [redacted] Our customer, [redacted] , a client at [redacted] ’s Dance Studio in [redacted] , PA, complained that she had not received the dance photographs she had ordered from our photography studio on April 4, 2016.Our reason for the delay was that we had photographed several dance studios in a very short span of time and we did not have the resources or the personnel to keep up with the volume of work generated by these assignments.Her response was that we should not have taken on the job or we should have hired more peopleAlthough this is a valid criticism, we are a very small business trying to stay afloat and we don’t like to turn down business Also, the post production work involved includes technical skills and a knowledge of PhotoshopIn our small community, it is difficult to find those skills After she called, we gave her order priority and her total order of photographs was mailed to her on June 20, We have a USPS tracking number of [redacted] **We tracked the package and it was delivered on 06/21/Her zip code is [redacted] which is [redacted] , PA I made no effort to communicate with Mrs [redacted] after her call as I did not wish to endure any further verbal abuse from herI did send a letter of apology with her order and an extra note saying I was sorry to have upset her so badlyShe has not called the business since the photos were deliveredSincerely,Pat S
