On January 2, 2019 we place a large order for EL wire from the online vendor, Ellumiglow. Located at 222 SE Alder St. STE 1 Portland, OR 97214. The invoice stated 7-10 business days for delivery. In mid February we had not received product and were offered a refund of $2673.20. It is now May 8 and the business has not issued a refund, answered numerous emails, and has quit taken our calls.
