The issue with the approval is the loan has to fund within days and due to the time we re submitted the loan to ensure proper time for [redacted] to fund us and ensure we didn't have an issue after deliveryWe did contact [redacted] after the complaint and found him a similar vehicle and he decided he didn't want the vehicle due to additional equipment on vehicle that added $to price

They have not properly trained their staff and are penalizing me for that Further, I have monitored their web site daily and the vehicle in issue has never been listed so either they don't have it or are not advertising it Why would that be, only to delay the sale and deposit refund They are also wrong in their statement that I came to their lot for this transaction This was an internet transaction and I have never once visited their location Their solution does nothing to resolve the issueMr Rodney B***, general sales manager, has decided to keep my $[redacted]
