Signed up for unlimited mowing and 4 step organic lawn fertilizer/ weed control contract for summer 2012 which was paid in full on May 1st. Since establishing contract business has been out a total of three times to cut lawn with the last time being May 11. Has failed to provide promised early spring fertilizer. I have called everyday this past week to both his personal cell phone and the business phone, leaving messages when able to do so. At this point, I am planning on filing paperwork to take business to small claims court.
