Every year there is a customer we always remember Mr [redacted] is that customer for From jump street he has been abusive and mean to our peoplerepeatedly calling them liars and worse There is no need to rehash anything I will send him a label to return anything that is unused and in new condition and will refund everything owed to him, plus $if he promises to never call us again
The order was placed on June 14, at 5:PM. He purchased online and checked the box that he agreed to our terms and conditions On our website it clearly states that order cut off time is 1:PM for Next Day and Second Day Shipping
https://www.uswatersystems.com/shipping-returns We shipped the next day and after we shipped he called to cancel because we did not ship it the previous day Fed EX picks up at 4:so we could not ship it until the next day since the order cam in after PM Again, our site is clear as it says: "Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and you will have to process a general return." It also says that return shipping is the customers responsibility. The complaint is absolutely without merit and his bullying and trolling rises to the level of slander We take that very seriously and will closely monitor this situation online
We are a provider of water treatment products around the world and do not provide service calls - the customer knew this when they purchased the systemWe advised them that an ozone system was not the best option, but that is what they wanted so we quoted it for them. The husband said
that he was qualified to handle the installation and maintenance, but several weeks after he installed it, it was discovered that he had installed it improperly This initial problem has impacted the system in a very large wayIn the interest of helping these people and since it was only hours from our office, we sent an engineer with years of ozone experience and our VP of Technical Support to their home and installed a $1,item at no charge as we just wanted to help themThey refused to follow our instructions on setting and operating the system They have done what they wanted, not what we mandated We have offered to come back at no charge but they only want their money back This is the second or third system they have had that didn't work We have bent over backwards to help them, but they don't want to do it the way experts recommend - they seem to know betterIt has been nearly two years since it was installed We do not trust these people whatsoever to do the right thing!We never stop until the customer tells us to and they did, so we did

I do not have a problem providing the paperwork they sent with my system showing the five year warrantyI do not think that it should cost me money in order for them to fulfill their warrantyIn speaking with steve he said that they did not need the tank, just the serial number which I have already provided for themIf they just really cant live without it I am fine with them sending me a prepaid shipping label, but after months of runaround it seems appropriate for them to just stick to there word and provide a refund like steve said they would.

OK, I investigated this and found that the owner did purchase it from us in May of 2013, and it does have a 3-year warranty. 1. We will 100% honor our warranty - no problem.2. Does he have something that says the warranty is longer than 3 years?3. He must...
send us the defective tank and pay for shipping to us. If it is under warranty, we will refund the cost of the tank - no questions. I can see that he recently bought a new tank and we sent it to him. However, unless he has something that says the warranty is longer than three (3) years, it would not be covered. If it is under warranty, we will credit hs account the cost of the tank.
