Upon investigation of the situation we are unable to determine that our movers caused any damage due to lack of evidenceWe would like to apologize for the inconivence but remind the customer based on our agreementment that our movers provide labor only services and the client is responsible for all furniture and home protection including but not limited to floor runners, moving blankets, sliders for furniture, shrink wrap, and tapeThe level of protection is based soley on the customers decision to use these materials prior to the move
