Review: In September of 2013 we, at [redacted], had our parking lot repaved by JB Asphalt. The service came with a One Year Warranty. Soon after, the parking lot began to crack and break apart in certain areas. We called and spoke to [redacted] about the issues. JB Asphalt came out that winter and assessed the situation. We were told that we should give it a little more time to see if any additional areas would need to be addressed and so that the weather could improve enough for them to come back and warranty the work. We waited until Spring and called back. JB Asphalt did not respond. For months now, multiple calls have been completely ignored! In another week our Warranty will expire. This is a completely unacceptable, unprofessional way to conduct business. To take the money and run and fail to stand behind your work is absolutely reprehensible.Desired Settlement: JB Asphalt needs to honor their warranty and repair our parking lot.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2014/09/18) */
Basically all of the issues Raised in the Complaint are factual. I did assess the repair issues with the customer and did agree to repair the problem areas we will have a crew to fix the damage in the next couple of weeks I can't give an exact date yet because of our massive workload.
Any ? please call.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2014/09/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
While we accept the premise of this response, we still have not heard from JB Asphalt and it has been 10 days now. Once they have fixed our parking lot we will be satisfied. While we certainly understand being overwhelmed with a massive workload, as we too are very busy, we always put our warranty work ahead of new jobs as they have already paid for work and deserve to be made whole before we move on to make more money. The very minimum expectation should be a call back. We still have not gotten even that.
