Review: After multiple visits, where each one is scheduled and handled as though it is the first request, over many months, we have sought for this company to repair the self-cleaning feature of our oven. With each successive trip, fewer features of the oven would work, and now, we have no working oven at all. We have been told about 'parts on backorder', 'calls to the manufacturer', 'we will call you with details', 'we need one more appointment', this service company has left us with a non-working oven. They can't provide information about the status of the oven without calling their service man (who apparently doesn't have a cell phone) and this little ritual takes about three or four days. Thus, we hear nothing, nothing works, and each time we call, they start the case over from the beginning.Desired Settlement: simply call us, set up an appointment, and fix the oven.
