J and D Metal Roofing

Contractor neglected to put a piece of flashing on roof which can result in water damage. I called and left messages but no one ever calls back.
Roof was installed two years ago. Contractor stated to call if there were any problems and "we'd be taken care of." A contractor friend of mine noticed that there is a long piece of flashing missing from the roof in front of the home. I had a problem in the past, also, whereby screws were missing from end pieces and the wind broken them off. He did come and repair these, after repeated calls.
