J and D Investments

We purchased the first vehicle from them, 1st we signed at dealership, CONTRACTS WERE WRONG- then they sent a salesperson to our home to get them signed the second time, she KNEW NOTHING about the contracts and could answer NO questions, so they then met at dealership and signed AGAIN. CONTRACTS we wrong...so they then brought them to my husband and daughter at their works. They neglected to give our copies to them, and we had to request copies to get them. And then we were notified they had made an error on the taxes collected! and they wanted them paid. Since my daughter funds, they had to RESIGN again with the corrected total. Again we waited for copies. SO then our youngest daughter went in to the dealership (because she knew the salesman) and picked a car. she called me and I went out, we went to test drive the car---before we ever got out of parking lot it ran out of gas! we waited 1/2 hour for gas, then BEFORE I agreed to the purchase, I talked to salesmanager [redacted], and expressed my concerns about the last experience. HE assured me they fired the last finance guy and there would be no problems. we waited 5 hours for finance man, he tried to sell us the ext warr. I declined firmly. he kept trying, got mad when I was not interested. I MADE A POINT OF saying we LIVED IN! the city limits and I DID NOT want problems with that again, he said "I will get it right" . we finalized purchase, and 90! days later [redacted] called my daughter (I am primary on purchase) and told her she owed $258 because they did NOT collected enough taxes. I got on the phone and told him to send a bill. 20 days later I got threatening letter stating if not paid in 7 days would go to collections. Today (3 days later) I went to dealership to speak to JOSH face to face, about ALL these issues. HE WAS NOTHING BUT RUDE, SAID I HAD AN ATTITUDE (CANT SEE WHY. BUT SHUT ME DOWN, I TOLD HIM I WAS WILLING TO PAY HIM TODAY, because it will cost them 30% to send it to collections, and with ALL the problems we had..he was horrible!
