She refuses to return the deposit for the shoot we hired her for we do NOT want to work with her after
this experience so we do NOT want to schedule any type of future shoot with herA newborn shoot required a lot of steps to be prepared for the time we had originally scheduledChanging the time last minute was not fair considering how much we were paying for "professional" photosAfter this issue she changed her policy on the website but we were NEVER informed of this policy of no refundsWe still want our deposit back
