(*** *** ***7) My cousin said *** *** said he was offended by my filing and would not return my money.*** *** has only responded to my phone calls/e-mails once (on October, **, 2017-months after I gave him a deposit of $5,000.00) stating his plumber had a rejected work permit but *** *** had no idea what happened after that He said he would call me the next day but did not.This is a very dishonest man who took my $5,and apparently did nothing The public should be warned not to do business with *** *** regardless of whatever companies he's behind (Izon Construction or DCM Design Building).I would hope the Revdex.com had some way of getting my money back The court date is March *, but I expect that Izon is a company with no assets and *** *** may not have any assets in his name, making him judgment proof.I hope you sent the complaint by e-mail (***) and/or his home address *** *** *** *** *** ** *** His home address is where the Small Claims Court sent my complaint and according to my cousin's phone call *** *** received that complaint.I thank you Anything you can do to get my money back would be appreciated At least the public should be warned about this dishonest man
