Review: Hi, I ordered two Summertime Cooler Totes using a [redacted] voucher on June **, 2014. On June **, 2014 I received an email stating that there was a back order and that I should receive another email with a tracking number indicating date and time of delivery.I never received that information. I have sent four emails requesting information about my order and three voice mails. I have received no response.I have contacted [redacted] has not heard from Izla Latina either.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a response from my inquiries and most importantly I would like to receive my products which are 2 Summertime Cooler Totes.

Review: On 5/**/14 I ordered 2 Summertime Cooler Bag Totes by Izla Latina. The Totes were advertised through [redacted]. I had to pay $27.00 via credit card on 5/**/14. I received an email from Izla Latina on 5/**/14 stating my Order's (Order No. [redacted]-White Tote & Order No. [redacted]-Red Tote) had been received & was in queue & will be shipped in 5-7 business days. I was told shipments may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. On 6/*/14 I received another email from Izla Latina that my order was being processed & I should receive a tracking number with confirmation shortly. I never received a tracking number nor my orders. I contacted Customer Service for Izla Latina at ###-###-#### on 6/**/14 at 2:52 pm. 6/**/14 at 1:06 pm, 7/*/14 at 9:32 am, 7/*/14 at 9:51 am & 9:59 am. On 7/*/14 I spoke with Customer service & they stated they would send my orders out that day. I received 2 USPS tracking numbers ([redacted] & [redacted]). I never received the orders so I called Customer service on 7/**/14 at 9:22 am, 7/**/14 at 10:14 am, 7/**/14 at 10:09 am, 7/**/14 at 10:24 am, 7/**/14 at 9:55 am, 7/**/14 at 10:33 am & 7/**/14 at 11:45 am & 1:27 pm & left numerous messages. Nobody ever answered the phone, I always had to leave a message. I never received a call back. I finally received 1 order (White Tote-Order No. [redacted]-Tracking No. [redacted]) on 8/*/14. I called Customer service again on 8/*/14 at 1:25 pm, 8/**/14 at 11:42 am, 8/**/14 at 11:15 am, 8/**/14 at 11:09 am & 8/**/14 at 10:56 am to find out where my other order was as I did not receive it. I never could get a hold of a person & had to leave a message every time I called. I never received a call back. It is now 9/**/14 & I still have not received my other tote. I either want my 2nd Tote (Red Tote-Order No. [redacted]-Tracking No. [redacted]) or I want to be refunded $15.00 I paid for the Tote & $4.95 I had to pay to [redacted] for the shipping charge.Desired Settlement: I either want my 2nd Tote (Red Tote-Order No. [redacted]-Tracking No. [redacted]) or I want to be refunded $15.00 I paid for the Tote & $4.95 I had to pay to [redacted] for the shipping charge.

Review: This online business offered a deal via [redacted], which I purchased via [redacted], but the related shipping charges were paid directly to Izla Latina. After promising to deliver the goods, they then changed their mind and said they would no longer honor the deal. [redacted] then refunded my purchase price but Izla Latina has never refunded the shipping charges of $9.90 that they collected from me. Obviously, this is a small amount of money but who knows how many others purchased the deal only to have paid shipping charges. In essence, the company has stolen my money (and perhaps others). I have contacted them several times over the past few months and they have never responded.Desired Settlement: I would like the account charged the $9.90 credited or a check sent to me.
Review: I ordered a beach tote back back in June 2014 (order [redacted]) using a [redacted] voucher and paid [redacted] $4.95 (through [redacted]) for the shipping and handling. I received an email on 6/**/14 stating they would ship my order within two weeks, and I would receive an email with the shipping info. Never got an email. I have since written four emails and left a voice message on their customer service number - it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone either in Customer Service or Sales. All calls go to voice mail every time I call.Desired Settlement: Full refund of shipping charge of $4.95.
