We received a notice from the Revdex.com about [redacted] 's claim that we REFUSED to honor a repair or replacementWe do apologize that it took us a few days to get to your email but we do receive a lot of emails and respond to them in a timely manor It says she talked to us on 8/ [redacted] but we didn't receive her email until 8/ [redacted] and I responded back on 8/**We have a year warranty on this product and will be replacing it If we are sold out of this product we would still like to replace the item of equal or greater value [redacted] **

Review: Received a iwave, grass roots bluetooth ipod player for Christmas 2013. Was told purchased from TJMaxx 12/2013. The DC input to charge is broken, it fell apart. Company REFUSES to honor repair or replace because there is no receipt but it was a gift, so that is just wrong.Desired Settlement: fix or replace
