feel:
First, from the letter it only says white quilted pillow cover. There is no picture, no evidence proofs that the goods were imported by Ivy Hill Home.
Second, Ivy Hill Home is an importer, we only import goods and distribute them to large retails, we never sell direct to consumers. Therefore there is no replacement that we can send.
Third, if the customer feel the quality is not satisfied, she should always go back to the store where she bought her pillow covers to return or exchange.
