Review: I bought a tobacco vaporizer from this store on November [redacted] (there was no visible notice of "no refunds/exchanges in store) - I only learned of this when getting home and seeing the receipt. When I opened the package and tried to remove a mouthpiece to the vaporizer, the entire thing broke. I did NOT exert unreasonable force in removing the mouthpiece, I gently tried to remove it several times, an even with that, it still broke. I IMMEDIATELY called the store and they advised no refunds/exchanges, but invited me to come to the store to see if they could service the unit. I went the next day and was told flat out, no servicing of broken product, no refund, no exchange of any kind and that I had to call the manufacturer who he said, offers a warranty (there was no warranty in the box - tip #1 this is counterfeit product he is knowingly selling). I pointed this out to the clerk named [redacted], who started to act confused/nervous - he shrugged his shoulder and said "call them" - so I did. The manufacturer, [redacted] advised that the store was likely selling counterfeit product. [redacted] claimed he was an authorized dealer, but [redacted] can find no record of them being an authorized dealer. I compared [redacted]'s visual counterfeit guide to the bought piece and indeed, it lacks all the markings of legitimate product. I am beyond outraged that I spent $163 on a faulty product from a retailer who is likely selling counterfeit product with full knowledge.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and ideally, if they are knowingly selling counterfeit product, I would like to see them lose their business license entirely.
