I am happy to say we have come to a resolution for this customerIt appears the main problem was situated around communication discrepancies on manufactures parts not arriving in a timely order to facilitate the repairThe communication with the local store staff differs from what we received with
the complaint, and the items being ordered and serviced do fall under the scope of work needed with the warranty, With that being said, we do understand the period of tlme to receive the parts was longer than normal, due to manufacture delaysWe have come up with a solution that makes the customer happyWe will keep working wlth our team to ensure all customers' needs are met, and are always looking at ways to improve the customer experienceThank you
