I am very sorry for the confusion of our menu. I believe the customer didn't read the full descriptions. The fish and chips does include fries and is [redacted]. On the receipt it shows as being [redacted] for the fish and [redacted] for the fries. If you add...

those together it comes to [redacted]. The breakup in price is so that if someone doesn't want the side they wouldn't be charged for it. Now onto the hamburger platter. The menu simply says Hamburger [redacted](with many other burgers below that) at the bottom of that section it states to add fries or many other choices of sides is [redacted]. Nowhere on our burger menu does it say platter. You can view our menu online and see very clearly what I am saying. ([redacted])
