My daughter ordered a pair of sweatpants from this business at a winterguard competition. She was not given a receipt and was told that she would receive the pants in the mail that week. Two weeks later the same business was at another competition where we asked about the pants because we still had not received them. She proceeded to tell that the machine had broke and we would receive them that week. We did finally receive them on that Friday with a note attached saying the original pants were not longer available and to "enjoy". My daughter did not order the pants she received, she does not like them. The time I spoke to the woman at the competition I explained that she should have contacted her customers if she had been unable to fill the order, yet after that she still sent the wrong pants without contacting us to see if that was a satisfactory substitution.-When we spoke she made no mention of not being able to get the right pants it was all about her machine being broken. I have emailed her 2 times and have called several times without an answer.
