SBA.com(r) provides a critical service to small businesses in need during this crisis by accepting PPP loan requests from small businesses and connecting them to ***, a lender-network provider, to facilitate PPP loans. We are proud that thousands of businesses have used SBA.com(r) website to eventually connect with PPP lenders through ***, resulting in more than *** of dispersed aid. The average funded amount is roughly ***meaning these loans are going to exactly the types of small and independent businesses that are in most need of PPP loans. Many more businesses, and independent contractors desperately need access to PPP funds, and we are proud to serve this audience by connecting folks to *** who is serving many others including many banks, and alternative institutions to help get people the money they qualify for.

We understand ***'s concerns about possible consumer confusion driven by the similarity of "sba.com" to "sba.gov," which is why we have taken extraordinary steps to prevent reasonable consumers from believing that there is any connection between SBA.com(r) and any government entity. This includes, but is not limited to, (a) a pop-up wrapper that every new user of the site must click through notifying them of that SBA.com(r) is not sba.gov and has no government affiliation, (b) a brightly colored banner on every page clearly and conspicuously reminding consumers that SBA.com(r) is a "private business," not associated with sba.gov, (c) numerous other similar notices and disclosure throughout the site and (d) prominent links to an Advertiser Disclosure throughout the site. Reasonable consumers who visit SBA.com(r) would not be deceived or misled about its independence or its services.

Furthermore, ITMedia Solutions LLC, which this complaint is addressed to, is NOT SBA.com(r). Rather, ITMedia Solutions LLC provides technical, management, and advertising services for SBA.com(r).

The following steps were done to ensure all interested parties satisfaction:
This user was unsubscribed from all lists and will receive no further communication from SBA.com(r)
Any data submitted by the user on SBA.com(r) will be deleted.
Further notice was sent to *** to remove this user from their system and to unsubscribe the user from their marketing lists.
