Made an appointment for my daughter for a dental appointment as new patient Informed them of my type of insurance on the phone they said they work with it (***) Get there, fill out the paperwork give insurance card and they do my daughter's cleaning/checkup About to leave, the receptionist tries to inform me of a bill amount, but the other says they haven't run dental insurance yet Couple weeks later I get a huge bill for over $for a simple cleaning Called Gordon twice and insurance twice and I'm informed they don't take my dental inaurance Well insurance told me they never filed it but the office said that I wasn't covered/out of network So they told me they take my insurance over the phone, wait not only till after the appointment to check that but we'll after I had left and now I'm stuck with the bill Offered no solution, I would have never went there if I had known I wasn't covered
