Dear Revdex.com,We are very sorry to see this complain, 1st one in many years we are in businessOur refund policy says it may take up to business days to refund for a cancelled class (see attachment from our website)This is the case I was in Italy for a business trip and my manager couldn't get of hold of me by phone [redacted] wanted to process the refund but couldn't because she needed an authorization code, in order to complete the refundUnfortunatly, the authorization code arrives on my email address only and I was in a trade show in Italy and didn't see the email fast enough to respond immediately to ***When I returned to my hotel room and I sow the email about the refund, I IMMEDIATELY completed the refund process and email the client the receiptIt seems the client didn't see our email with the refund receipt and complained to the Revdex.comOr maybe he did see it and wanted to complain anywayWe are very sorry this happened and we will never put our clients in a situation where we will not refund their moneyWe sincerely apologize
