My daughter used her birthday money to place an order on January 3, After many unanswered phone calls and emails, still no package or refund
Order ***-placed on 1/3/16, using a debit card onlineWe began contacting the company via email and phone call weeks after the order was placedWe never received a responseEvery time you call, it is a google phone number and no one ever answersA little over a week later, I received a text saying someone would look into the issueI again gave them time to look into the matter, and only method of contact has been through textOn 2/7/16o I texted again , asking for a refundSomeone texted back stating they thought it shipped but no tracking info, again saying they would look into itOn 2/9/16, I texted again asking for a refund, no responseOn 2/11/16, I texted, and no responseOn 2/16/I texted and someone finally answered with "I will refund the money"Today is 2/26/and I texted again as there has been no refund issued
