I'm requesting that my case be reopened as of this date June 27, I have not receive a refund or any correspondence from this horrible company. I was informed over a month ago that I would be refunded my funds and nothing has happened. I have never felt so violated in my life. I order from online stores all the time and never be through this craziness before. All I'm asking for is my money back like anyone else would if they have not receive their goods ordered. I would appreciate some assistance in this matter.

I have refunded the customer and I stated to the customer that sometimes it can take awhile for funds to be processed I will be contacting my bank for further action
