This customer had her screen replaced here on her iPhone back in OctoberShe then contacted me two months later saying the phone was not functioning properly and wanted me to fix it for her at a discounted priceConsidering she was out of
town I explained that she would have to mail it to me and I would determine whether the malfunction was a result of my doing or hersIf it was clear to me that I had caused the malfunction or it was a defective part, I would repair it for free as my warranty statesIf it was her doing, I would charge her for the repair if she wanted to go on with the repair or if she didn't want to I could of just sent it back to her at no costShe argued that I was being unfair and decided to take it to a repair place in the town that she was currently residingShe then emailed me saying that this alternate repair business told her that the phone had a faulty LCD and the connections were bent and screws were in the wrong placeAlarmed by this, I called this shop and asked the technician what they had found and they explained that she had brought the phone in before saying she had dropped it and the phone also showed water damageSince she did not send me the phone and took it somewhere else I normally wouldn't have refunded her but she was very upset and I decided to refund her $for the cost of the part but not the labor like she asked for

I did not have any complants until I had my phone looked at by a credible and reputable shopI hen decided to get my phone repaired there because the alternative solution seemed sketchyAs for the water damage, it was there when the phone screen was first repaired and was due to having the phone in the bathroom when I showered and is unrelated to the issue at handI had problems with the manner the complaint was conductedHe left accusatory comments on my Facebook and even continued to message me after the problem was 'resolved'I do not feel like he runs a reputable business and do not want someone to have to go through the the same issues with bad products
