beginning with this individualWithout belaboring the point, the reason this entity withdrew from the contract was that of funding issuesWe diligently worked for over a year helping this entity get its program dialed in, however, due to lack of funds as evidenced by the text message belowWe were ready to issue a refund (on a non-refundable deposit!) minus our costs with the understanding that every company comes upon difficult timesHowever, this was very disappointing to learn that this company decided to make a complaint even after we offered to help them out

At the end of the day, they (Isodiol and/or Carlsbad Naturals) were unable to perform and were unable to provide an acceptable product like they promised. Any ethical company would return the deposit. I have 100's of e-mails, texts and correspondence over the last year that i'd be happy to provide expressing our disappointment and frustration with the process.
