Review: I was a client of ISmile Orthodontics December 2013 to April 2014. In May 2014 I called and ISmile Orthodontics and spoke to [redacted], the receptionist who has been responsible for my contract, and told her I couldn't receive treatment anymore due to my relocation in another state for family matters. She told me that she would end my contract service and I wouldn't have to make anymore payments and would call me back if there was any issues. I never received a call so I assume the issue was resolve.In July 2014 I received an invoice from my insurance company, which stated that they were still filings claims against insurance for treatment.I called [redacted] and left a voice mail which I never received a call back. I tried calling back later that week and finally got a hold of [redacted], and spoke to her about my insurance claims and to confirm that my contract has ended and I did not owe an balance. She confirmed that she had, "closed my case and that I don't have to make any more payments". We had a great conversation and I thanked her for resolving my issue. On August 12, 2014 I received a voice mail from [redacted] stating that I have a due balance due to my contract. I was startle by this voice mail and I called her back the next day and left a voice mail. I'm awaiting her call and haven't received a called yet. I also emailed [redacted] on August 13, 2014 to reply to with a confirmation that my contract has exhausted and there weren't any due balance or I would take legal actions. Today, I left a voice mail for their [redacted] location because I haven't receive any reply.I have reached out to [redacted] and her office many times in the last four months and was assure my issue was resolved. She has called me back once in this time frame, leaving a voice mail on August 12, 2014 claiming that I have a balance due. I believe this unprofessional and unethical of their business operation. I have a PDF call log from my cellular phone provider to prove my statement. I will upload more info.Desired Settlement: I would like ISmile Orthodontics to provided a written statement regarding my exhausted contract and that I don't have any balance dues or I will have to take legal actions.
