I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
Ive reached out to them numerous times. They did ask me to supply information about the cameras in my last correspondence with them. However, I was unwilling to supply the info because I'd already supplied it on Sept 23, in a similar email telling me they needed the camera info in order to provide support. That was the last chance I gave them. They never did anything with the info, never again contacted me, and never provided promised support. Therefore, I was not willing to take time out of my schedule to have that happen again. As I've said, I'd contacted them numerous times (via email and phone), given them numerous chances to provide support; I waited patiently. However, now that there's a complaint against them, they've decided they want to be helpful, and yet are attempting to paint themselves as cooperative. One only needs to look at various consumer messages on other websites to know they generally don't provide support for, and are not responsive to, consumers. I've already spoken with the vendor that sold me the cameras, and they are willing to take them back.

Review: I've contacted this company several times looking for technical support and customer service. However, they've so far never returned a single phone call, and don't respond well to emails. Upon visiting the website at ismartzon, I discovered various links were bogus and misleading.Desired Settlement: That they acknowledge the issue I've been attempting to handle.

We have reached out to the buyer by responding to his email. We are more than willing to help him to resolve his issues but he is not willing to disclose his purchase record information with us. We have procedures that must follow to confirm his purchase record and his available warranty status so that we can further help him with anything that he is having trouble with. We will send him another message in attempt to receive the information and help him in any way possible. Please contact us if you require more information. Thank you
