I traded a Samsung Galaxy SEdge that was virtually brand new to this company for all iPhone 6s Plus I asked the gentleman if we could do a swap, free and clear, for the phone He told me we could He did paperwork and asked for $extra I asked him if I would owe anything else or if we were done paying for the phone He said I was done paying for it Some weeks later I had my bank account overdrafted Progressive leading said I owed them for the phone I called the store and talked to the manager and he said he would resolve the issue Well yesterday I went to talk to him and he told me that I signed the contract which was true The only problem is that they did not go over the contract or tell me I owed anything else I was under the impression that the trade was free and clear Then the guy that sold me the phone told me I was lying I was pretty upset Believe me Then instead of understanding that they made a mistake and did not correctly explain that I still owed money, they blamed the whole thing on me and kept repeatedly saying that I signed the contract These people have terrible customer service They could have simply apologized for not explaining their contract correctly or truly informing me that I still owed money, but instead, they said I had to pay a restocking fee I didn't feel this was fair due to their incompetence, but they are changing me A complete mess of a deal
