The fourth subsequent shipment was shipped on 2/5/15 and the credit card was charged $19.94.The fifth subsequent shipment was shipped on 2/17/15 and the credit card was charged $19.94. A refund in the amount of $117.64 was credit to the card on file on 2/24/15.
