I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
To this day, the same issue continues with the car rental.The car continues to have problems from the accident.They called and said all the right things, but the follow up and actions were not the right hings and are unacceptable. Regards,[redacted]
