Business failed to stop drafts coming out of checking acct. 2 requests. Refuse to reimburse me. failed to keep proper info on requests.May 2014 signed to have 27.53 auto drafted from checking acct. Business stated it could be canceled at any time. Cancelled it by Phone on May 30th. June 27.53 was drafted again. Went into business and requested a refund. they stated I needed to call customer service. Which I did again. I also signed electronic confirmation. Noticed 5/2/15 it has continued to be drafted since May 2014. I have not noticed due to husband taking care of my checking acct. Called the customer service number. They basically told me they would not refund my money because THEY didn't have record of my phone calls or paperwork I signed at business. Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed for the amount withdrawn from my checking account after the date I requested a cancelation. That is all I have requested.
