they signed thethree year agreementAfter two years *** called and wanted to cancel.island Security informed her that she had another year to complete to finishthe three years(This is exactly what *** does except they charge more permonth.) We continued to bill *** after the three years as she had not senda certified letter in to cancel the monitoringShe says she did and I believeshe mailed itWe never got it and the letter was sent without a return receiptwhich would guarantee we got itWhen we spoke and mentioned this she said shehadThis is all cleared up now*** understands that lawyers and insurancecompanies are why we need it in writing and proof of that to cancel a life savingservice*** and *** are very nice people and Island Security is glad tohave resolved this with them as they are good customers
