Review: I was given the name of this facility as a recommendation to bring my dog there to be neutered on Monday 03/**/2015. This was to be a routine procedure, done daily . We went to the establishment to retrieve my dog and was told they wanted to keep him over night for observation. We contacted them again the next morning and was told again he was still unable to come home . On Wednesday we were told he did not survive . Obviously we were upset , shocked and overwhelmed . Upon hearing this news we demanded to know what happened a refund in its entirety . I called this afternoon to check when I can pick up the dogs belongings and was hung up on by a [redacted]. and was told by a [redacted] that she pity's me. How is this even possible ? I am experiencing a very sudden and traumatic loss by this establishment and this is the customer service that I receive. These 2 people showed no empathy or compassion towards me or my experience at their recommended facilityDesired Settlement: My refund and an apology
