I am rejecting this response because:This business did recommend *** *** and no other companyIt should be noted that Nathan, the owner of Island Metals, is a good friend of *** from *** ***.Now that there is a problem Nathan is trying to duck his responsibility.It should also be noted that Nathan of Island Metals has been aware of this problem for months, including text and e***s plus numerous phone calls
