Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because: It was not weather, traffic, or any other common short delay that caused your company to miss its delivery window by such an extreme amount Common sense would also tell you that delivering after 11PM is poor business We were promised doorstep delivery service The first box was delivered to the top of our driveway, exposed to the rain The box should have been delivered to our door as promised, where it would have been protected from the rain under the awning of the front porch You did not even address that you failed to put our box on your truck for the second delivery and missed that window as well consequently Your dispatcher admitted that you have had trouble with the driver that twice came to our home after PM to deliver when his window had expired 3-hours earlier It is not hard to pick up the phone and tell the customer that you are running hours latewe received no such notifications When our 2nd delivery window had expired and we called to inquire, we were THEN told that our item was still in your warehouse I just don't see how you can explain this away It is unfathomable that you are even now trying to escape any responsibility for these shortcomings Had things been handled in a professional manner, we would not have felt compelled to warn others through the Revdex.com system

We originally had this scheduled to go to the customer on 12/but when we called to let the customer know it appears she called in and let us know she needed it pushed out to the 23rd We called the client @ 18:on two different numbers we had for her, leaving her a voice mail on both numbers as well as sending an email through the way fair scheduling system that her delivery would be between 6-pm on the 23rd Drivers arrived at her home at 9:on the 23rd and when no one answered the door, took a picture of the home to prove that they were in deed there and that there was no one home Unfortunately due to the holiday the office was closed for the holiday and we were out of the office until the 27th On the 27th The Customer was rescheduled for delivery and it went out to her that next day on the 28th and was delivered @ 12:pm with no issues I think that the only reason this became an issue is due to the fact that our office did close so that our employees could enjoy time with their families, as this customer was taken care of promptly when the office reopened

unfortunately when the delivery chosen is the standard out door delivery, per our contract with this vendor we have hours to get this out Because it doesn't require a signature and is an outdoor drop, we are not allowed to reschedule these In the past I see that the customer has
had a different delivery level and been able to choose when her delivery came, so we look forward to being able to serve her again at whichever level of delivery she chooses The picture is of the finished delivery

We are sorry you were frustrated by the deliveries that brought to your home, we do our best to give a time frame and stay in those windows but at times things like weather, traffic, accidents etc will delay us I have included a picture of your first delivery showing that the product was left
not at the end of the driveway in the pouring rain but actually leaning against the house/garage, which is the type of delivery that you had requestedThe second picture is the second delivery where we actually brought into your home which is an upgrade in delivery that we did not charge you for to compensate for your frustrationI hope that this clears up some of the confusion and that you have better experiences in the future
