I ordered a product from this company on February 16th and paid for ground shipping. The shipping option I chose stated that my product would be shipped to me in approximately 4-5 days. The confirmation email I received didn’t give an estimate in when I would receive my product, or any options to cancel my order, etc, but it did state that I would get a notification email when my product had been shipped. After 7 days I emailed the company to notify them I still had not received notification my product had been shipped through their “contact us” portal on their website. This business does NOT list a phone number for contact on their website or anywhere else I could find online. They did not reply to my email. After another week had went by with no product received and no shipping notification email, I emailed them AGAIN through their website portal asking to get in contact with someone because I had not received my product. I did not get a response. Two more weeks go by and I emailed “***” and their Instagram page trying to get in contact with someone And still got no reply. The next day (March 14th) I disputed the charge with my bank because I did not receive my product and was unable to contact the seller or cancel my order. I still to this day have not received any response from the seller.
