Review: The quality (especially the cut) of the sushi I received last night was really bad. NONE of the sashimi was cut right; we couldn't even bite through it, and most was not chewable. It was extremely tough and could see the white stringy pieces throughout most of it; I took pictures. I called the number listed for ISE (###-###-####) to complain, and was told "we don't serve bad fish." I explained the problems, including that I wasn't saying the fish was "bad fish" but that it was so tough and cut so poorly that we could not eat it. I said that I still had the fish I could bring to the restaurant to show them, and asked to please speak to the manager. The person on the phone said he was the manager, and began yelling at me. I asked to please speak to the owner. He said "no." I asked to leave a message for the owner. He said no. I asked for the owner's number. He said no. There is no email contact for the owner, and no way for me to get my issue resolved, or to make sure the restaurant's head does a quality control check to make sure people aren't getting inedible fish, as I did. I could not understand the manager, so wasn't sure if he said I was or wasn't getting a refund, which I deserve because I could not eat almost any of the fish.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure I have a refund for the fish I purchased, particularly the "sushi and sashimi combo". Then, I want the owner to contact me so that I can express my complaints about the way the manager (who I believe is the man who sits at the front of the restaurant at the register) spoke to me. He has been rude every single time I have been in the restaurant, and I know other people have had similar experiences. There needs to be a way for customers to voice their concerns.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Ise Restaurant regarding complaint ID [redacted].
I did receive a refund for my inedible item as the restaurant stated over the phone. However they have not in any way acknowledged my comments meaning there is pretty much no way to bring comments and complaints to this restaurant's attention.
