the application crew works well
the contractor acts like he knows roofing but cant relay customer request to the working crew and doesnt do the roofing as he says
before the contract is signed the contractor tells what will be done during application
such as six nails per shingle \
NONE OF THEM WATCHED FOR QUALITY OF THE COMPLETED WORK
ISC WILL NOT HONOR THE TEN YEAR LABOR WARRANTY ON HIS CONTRACT
I know my roof will leak because gaps can be seen that show the underlayment at the eaves of the roof
