I paid for a deep cleaning , while I came to check on the house half way thru I discovered the shower doors were streaky and dirty , was told I need a product for it to be cleaned, hence why I paid for a deep cleaning, so I went and got the product and they did do a good job. After later checking out the house discovered that my quartz countertop was marked and my stainless Stellz appliance was scratched. I was very specific and told her the first time she came for a quote and day of cleaning to be careful w the counter and that you cannot use just any cleaner on the stainless steel. And yes yes yes I am aware I know I do this all the time. So I trusted her, it has been almost 2 weeks now and I can’t get a phone call or txt back.
