Extremely SLOW response to complaintsDesired SettlementAfter contacting ISango on multiple occasions and being asked to provided unreasonable PROOfF of failed service.1. The company owns the on-line reservation records, which is the way I made my reservation.2. The company requested that I provide copy of service vouchers which they sent to ME via email.3. The company stated that the complaint investigation period was 48 hrs. - Breached just like the service promise of 30mins. Between busses4. The company is too slow to respond to a refund requests (investigations etc.) but very fast on collecting funds5. I AM SEEKING A REFUND DUE TO A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT MET AS ADVERTISED!6. HAVE TRIED TO REACH A RESOLUTION over serval daysTo slow to respond!!!!!
